Movie Quote, God works in mysterious ways?

For some reason this line popped into my head, "God works in mysterious ways, he just doesn't tell you how mysterious those ways can be" and I know it's from something, but I can't place it. I tried to look it up but I couldn't find it. Can someone please tell me what this is from??
