Movie on Princess Diana in the works - Starring Helen Mirren & Keira Knightley.

It's not confirmed who will play her but it's between Knightley & Scarlett Johansson reportedly.

What do you think about this? it's from the makers if 'the queen' which was a pretty good portrayal of events I thought and was a box office success.

It seems William & Harry approve of the Pathe movie (who made 'the queen') but not so much on the other.

They should definitely cast a lower-profile actress as Diana. I think it would be hard to see past Keira Knightley in that role when Diana neeRAB to be the focus.

After seeing Keira Knightley in The Duchess, I think she could pull off Diana. Mind you, I'm no fan of the cult of Diana, so have mixed feelings about this film, but we'll see.

I think Keira could pull off the 'diana look'. There's been so many TV films over the years on Diana and some have been very poor indeed but there was a good one on a few years back with actress Gueinevere Reilly who was pretty good portraying her.

I do have high hopes for the Pathe make, seeing as they did make 'the queen'.
