Always makes me laugh when somebody says this, considering what's scary is subjective there really isn't an answer that can be given.

I can't really be bothered continuing to list Horror I like but there's been streams of good horror coming out of Asia and the rest of Europe since 2000, no good if you don't like subtitles though.
