Can anyone help me with a name of a movie it was set in a futurist Prison. Were the prisoners had something around their neck and was linked to aother prisoner and if they got to far away from one and other they would get killed. And they did not know who they were linked to. But one of the prisoners finRAB out who he is linked to and he and the one hes linked to escape.

any help?
 
I saw one on TV about 5 years ago like that (with one of the Baldwin brothers in it I think). Totally fell asleep missed the ending and never knew what it was called!!

Don't think it was wedlock tho
