Movie based on July 7th attacks?

A while back (2009) I was watching some interview programme and they interviewed some actress (can't recall name) who briefly mentioned they would be starring in a film loosely based around the time of the 77 bombings and that it will be out around the anniversery of the bombings in 2010.

Does anyone know anymore about this, such as a title or cast? I'd like to know more. Thanks. :)
 
There was a film called Incendiary with Michelle Williams (American but does a real good East End Tarty type) and Ewan McGregor.

The successful terrorist plot to blow up a London football game is the back drop to the woman losing her husband and child at the match whilst having a fling.

Or there was a 2 part drama, possibly BBC, one part about a British muslim copper and the other about his sister who gets turned by extremists.

Kinda, yeah! :) I don't think it was that one but i'm intreagued to check it out now so thanks.

The one i recall being talked about was due for release in about may/june time and was based on 7/7
