Thanks a lot for the posts on the last thread genki and Princess. Appreciate it. It was a rough week, but my mom and I definitely bonded.
And yeah, I tried putting the PC on eBay... twice. no luck. It's incredible cuz it's over a thousand bucks of hardware and software and I am giving it away for 500 and no bids. Argh.
For you newbies, this thread is to post opinions and reviews about movies you've seen recently. We basically chat about any and all movies. It's pretty darn fun. Welcome!
So I saw "We Don't Live Here Anymore" and it was a bit more boring than I'd have liked, but the acting was good. Laura Dern, Naomi Watts, and Mark Ruffale were a joy as always. And the guy I have never heard of was pretty good.
Interesting concept for a plot, and I am sure very realistic.
Also saw "Bonfire of the Vanities," and old Bruce Willis movie which was brilliant. Tom Hanks and Melanie Griffith were in it too. Loved it.

Congrats on thread number 2. 
Watched POTC last night again. Classic disney movie bull**** gets more and more annoying every time I watch it, but hey, it's still a good movie, and Johnny Depp's delivery alone make it worth it.

To celebrate, I'm going to confess about something bad I did yesterday. :lol: The video store I rent movies from just moved their good DVDs back in my branch yesterday. Unfortunately, these movies were the kinds that the idiots of my country's film board just passed over, hence they were all region 1. And as I am in the Philippines, my player has been fixed to R3.
Enter me, with my lunch money, and oh how I love the Internet for being so vast and chaotic the suppression the distribution of illegal software is impossible. That's all I'm going to say.
