I have been riding bikes for a while, but i just started to get into actual mountain biking. I need some ideas before i go to the shops on what type of bike i need. First of all i only have a $600-700(USD) budget. I want a bike that can do some freeride jumps(nothing major, im only 14) but can also hit up the regular trails. I was hoping to get a dual suspension. hopefully i can raise my budget by throwing in some of my money, because this will be a X-mas present but that wont raise it much. thanks to all who answered. also i dont want to go into used bikes, but lastyears modles are ok.
