I bought a new bike at Target recently (26" Magna Excitor) and I noticed the tire had settled and thought it was no big deal, a tire can be fixed.
Now I'm noticing that the rim is bent a little and I'm wondering if I should try to reshape the slight flattened spots or if I should get a new rim?
And If I need a new rim, where in or near Tuscaloosa Alabama can I get one?

edit: See... my problem is I only have that much money, and I know Target will do anything to not give me my money back.
