Mountain bike suspension problem?

Well first off, this starts with a mistake I made on ebay. I bought a used RockShox SID rear shock for a mountain bike off ebay, but it was not very clear that the shock was meant specifically for the Schwinn 4 banger bike. Now I am stuck with this shock with funny mounts that is useless to me. Is there any way I can convert the shock back to regular mounts? or am I out of luck and should I try to sell it again on ebay?

Resell it and next time ask questions and get better pictures of the item in question that way you dont screw yourself again!
