Mountain Bike Problem....?

Ok. so i was riding my mountain bike on the street no rough terrains. I was riding it (L)2 (R)4. then i changed the right shifter wile i was a turning and then studenly it started making a funny noise i stopped to see whats up . i noticed that the back tire was looking more to right side and wasnt strait. the tire was actually Scratching the metal on the right i tryed to force it back but i couldnt. how can i repair that..please help
 
You may not have tightened the skewer properly the last time you had the tire off, or you didn't seat it properly. When you turned, you put pressure on one side of the axle and the skewer slipped.

If this is the case, just loosen the skewer (make sure it's not cracked, bent, or broken), reseat the wheel & make sure it's lined up properly and tight.

If the wheel were bent it would wobble & rub every time the bent part came around. with the axle out of alignment, it will rub continuously.
