Carbon Trader will take the VAT off the price, have bought from him and prices are substantially different to what is on his website... the Carbon Fibre seat cover can be bought from Commoto as well?? not sure why you didn't mention them after you asked me yesterday??
 
That is the seat cover (not part of this group buy). Under tail is something completely different and not offered by commoto. (commoto is Ducati Performance) Under tail goes under the tail not on top of it.

Sorry I did miss speak I misread a correspondence with Carbon trader. They will remove the VAT. Sorry for the wrong info, I do apologize.

So I am interested but I have a few questions... Is the undertail necessary or will it fit with the OEM undertail? Will the stock seat cowl fit on the bi-posto CF rear? Obviously, I am still wondering if it is comparable to the shift-tech pieces I own. Can we pay upon shipping of the item, not prior to it being built? (or put down a deposit) And lastly, does anyone know if the Motowheels right and left fairing which I may order as well fit with the stock belly pan, not the CF belly pan?

Sorry, just wanna make sure its worth the cost. Not thrilled we have to pay for shipping as well..
 
The undertail is only necessary if you chose the Mono (it is included in the group buy price of the Mono). OEM undertail will work with the Bi.

Stock seat will fit however the locking hardware is not included. This means you will have to remove the hardware from your original tail and install it on the CF tail.

"The weave is the same type of CF that shift tech uses. Our CF is a little thicker because they use more layers of pre-preg CF" from Motowheels.

If you do not wish to pay the full cost until the items ship you will have to leave a non-refundable deposit (prevent people from backing out of the deal after Motowheels orders the parts)

I believe Martin has gotten back to you about the side panels.

If they were to include shipping in the deal the price would go up for everyone regardless of how expensive your individual order's shipping would be (you would be sharing the expense for the shipping to someone in New York even if you lived next door).

Group buy is closing today at midnight eastern time (9:00 PM Pacific). Final price will be $475 for Bi without undertail and $650 with. Sorry no Mono (no one was interested). They have 3 that are clearing customs as we speak so the first 3 will get theirs soon. So far we have:
