Are you short or?? It is different as stock seat, but you will get used to it. btw, I am 6' 1".

Im with the others, give it a run or two.

If the ergonomics are off, i would at least hit the company back and ask about a restocking fee or and exchange for something else

But "no return", that makes no sense and is just bad business imo.

Give it a chance. I didn't like the seat either at first, the lips bothered me. But after a bit it feels natural to me. I'm 5'9" 210 and it feels good to me now. Do 300+ mile trips on it. Feels shiteloads better than the OEM seat for sure.

I'm 5'10" 180lbs 31 inch inseam. It's not that I'm short, it's just that the natural seating position for me, is very different than the way the seat is designed. I could be wrong and not giving it a chance, but man it just felt all wrong.
