Hi everyone,
I have bought a Motorola W490 mobile phone from T-Mobile on less than a year ago. But since few weeks ago I don't know what happen to its earpiece speaker that usually doesn't operate properly. I mean randomly I can not hear the other party voice in conversation until 30-40 seconds of call and in first few days I thought that may be their phone's microphone doesn't work because I couldn't hear anything. but then I got that problem is from my side! it doesn't matter and happens on both sent and received calls or sometimes just works fine and I can hear. I really don't know whats wrong but am sure about one thing which earpiece is fine but don't know why sometimes its DUMB! may be some wires and connectors are lost and are not fixed in their places. anyway. If anybody had the same issue and experience with his phone and know how to disassemble the phone and replace the
earpiece speaker or fix it , please let me know and I appreciate ant helps. cause I can not afford neither a new phone nor going to repair store at this time!
as reminding warranty also didn't work on my phone, so I don't need suggestions to go for warranty.
