Motorola v3i stuck in boatloader and wont connect to PC...Please help how can i fix it?

my v3i is stuck in boatloader mode and wont connect to my pc at all no mater what software is use and what drivers i use it just refuses to connect can some one please help me the phone has lots of value to me and i cant just see it dead plz help its a non-itunes version of the v3i and i bought it in pakistan....plz plz plz plz HELP.....!!!!
