Motorola v3i problem?

Can some one help me out i bought a refurbed v3i everything works apart from the phone book menu
when i click into it it -it is blank but when i click veiw option the number comes up? but the side bar is small like the numbers should be showing 'ie as the side bar is small' but when someone phones me the name and number comes up and i can't see the option to copy sim contacts to phone?

Basically when i phone somone i have to guess how much to scroll down then view number then go from there any help will be great

I think that this handset defines femininity and is meant primarily for women with refined sensibilities, well you should try to contact to customer care, they will solve your problems, and may help you.
