motorola rival vs. samsung intensity?

Im just looking for a good messaging phone with a good keyboard and some good features and im not so much concerned about the music and camera.
 
i have herd good and bad things about both

motorola rival pros:
good screen rez
great camera
good music player
long battery life
easy to use keypad
touch dial screen
sturdy design

cons:
freezes
randomly shuts off every now and then
keypad sometimes locks up

samsung intensity
pros:
good grip
rubbery keypad
lightweight
ok battery life
slim

cons:
breaks easily
screen seems low quality
keypad sometimes freezes
