My phone gave me notification that I had a voicemail but it won't let me access it. I can call my voicemail but the thing that comes up is the message I recorded for the voicemail. Then it continues to say options for recording my voice message and won't let me go to the regular main menu. After cancelling the new voicemail recording, the computerized voice says goodbye and the call is ended.
I don't know if my service provider has anything to do with it but it's T-mobile.
