Motorola Q vs Sidekick 3 vs BlackJack

Depends, if you are looking for a phone for messaging, get the Sidekick. If you are looking for something with a ton of features, but trickier messaging, get the Blackjack.
I would go to the Blackjack instead of the Q. Both have crappy battery life, but the Blackjack does come with an extra battery.

i just got my blackjack yesterday and its awesome. compared to my friends sidekick and the q, and personally feel blackjack is the better of the three

verizon made the Q and anything made by verizon has something crippled in it and i despise the ui of their phones Q included
sk3 , wonderful text messaging service not enough fun/apps , for me personally to big for a phone it looks gawdy to me trying to talk on it.
Blackjack nice windows phone which has its flaws the buttons could be better , other than that has plenty of free/custom apps and has a wide diversity of custom stuff .

Correct me if I am wrong, but don't the blackjack and the q both have WM for smartphones, ie the exact same UI?

Manufacturers tweak the OS after the fact.
The VZW Q is a little funky since VZW moved a lot of things around and crippled some features.
I have had my Blackjack since Thursday. I like it, although, in the past I have use WM5 PPC editions on phones such as the Treo 700wx and MDA. The smartphone edition is a little tricky to get used to, but it is easy enough. The UI is basically the same as the default WM Smartphone UI.
The only problem I have had is the buttons. I have small fingers, so it's really bad for those with ape hands.
