22gsm, you have solved this problem? I have the same ... I can not enter unlock code Phone wrote with any sim-card: "No SIM card". But if I set a Motorola Test Card, he asked MotoBlur account.

And I can not enter unlock code because:
- phone does not ask “Enter Special Code” with any sim-card.
- hold the * key until an entry box is displayed and type *, #, 3, 2, # and press “OK” - NOT worked. No any box displayed...

same here it is tmobile with no sim card problem tried orignal sim but same also hardreset it but no progress sim jack is ok all pins continuty is ok it is some thing related to to many attempts any body having idea about it.
