hi..m using motorola L7 cell phone. the prob is whenevr i had to top up(recharge the card) my mobile doent allow me doin so. for ex. when i wanted to talk to the customer service represenative it usually asks to press some number such as 5 to get connected but when i do so nothing happens and the recorded voic goes on..same happens when i top up my card..every time i had to use some other cell phone to recharge or top up my card..why is it so, is there some settings problem how can i get rid of it.
