I'm currently with Sprint and dissatisfied with my Samsung A840 which has just recently decided to stop taking incoming calls. I've determined that this may be a good opportunity to switch phones and possibly even switch carriers.
I'm looking for a basic, compact phone that has great call quality/reception, long battery life, Bluetooth, and without a camera (though I suppose I don't mind having one, I just wouldn't use it). I've narrowed my search down to the Motorola L2 with Cingular, the Motorola V195 with T-Mobile, or the Sanyo Katana with Sprint.
I'm basically looking at the same cost whichever route I go since I would have to pay the ETF if I left Sprint, or I'd have to pay the full retail price for the Sanyo if I stayed with them. It works out to being about the same amount of money.
T-Mobile coverage in my area is below average (though it's good at my work location), so that's the only drawback with the V195. I would be paying less monthly for T-Mobile compared to the same services with Cingular, so that's a drawback to getting the L2.
At this point, I'm stuck. Any input is appreciated.
