motorola krave connect failure error when trying to sync music to cell from pc?

i am using vcast rhapsody to add music from my pc to my motorola krave when i connect the phone to the pc using the usb cable and try to sync it comes up with the connect failure error i have redownloaded the vcast rhapsody and rebooted my pc and that didnt help any one have any info on whats going on?? i need help
