Motorola k1m not sending text. Help!

Hi,
I flashed a phone for a customer today. It had the verizon software. She wanted keep her software, so I just did a prl change and got it activated to cricket for her. She brought the phone back saying she can receive but can't send text. I thought may be by flashing phone using cricket monster will help. I did just that but still a no go.
observations:
I used qpst to do the prl change.
I used prl1050 and also tried 1013
There was no sd card in the phone.
We are in tulsa, Ok market but she wanted a denver, Co nuraber as she is going there in few days.
Web works.

I know you have to use diff prl for diff market. Am I using the right prl? Could that be the cause?
Please help. What am I doing wrong?

It's not a flash problem, they need to call cricket and have their account refreshed. That'll fix it.

Thank you for your quick answer. I have one shot at this tomorrow as the lady already thinks I broke her phone. So any other suggestions will be more than welcome.

honestly there arent really any other suggestions...... u can try to "reflash" but probably have the same results. She neeRAB the account refreshed.
