Good battery strength, even good signal strength. The phone is brand new. Purchased last week. Verizon wireless is my service provider. Has anyone else had this issue? I pulled the battery out after shutting down the phone properly, waited a few minutes and put the battery back in. It has not happened again but it's only been about 12 hours. What should I do?
