Motorola Droid or Plam Pre Plus?

I would say go with the Pre for a couple of reasons. First, you already have a Palm device, and even though the Pre is Palm's revolutionary phone, I still feel that you would be more comfortable with the Pre... which brings me to my second point, the Android OS running on the Droid sounds a bit to confusing and messy for you. The Palm's interface is clean and the multi-tasking feature is top notch. Also, the Droid is pretty thick and has a keyboard that doesn't suit you...another drawback is the 4 touch sensitive buttons on the bottom of the Droid - they're finicky and laggy. Plus, the Pre's size not only fits your hand and pocket better, but the keyboard does so as well. As far as apps go, yes the Droid's Android interface has more apps, but both of them have free apps like Facebook, etc... and I get the feeling you won't be using that many apps. As far as monthly subscriptions go, they are both going to have an internet fee each month mandatory, but they will likely be the same price per month. Probably around $30 for unlimited internet data usage (that is what it is on my iPhone). Hope that helps and either phone is a good choice.
 
I currently own the palm centro and absolutely love it, however I am switching to verizon in a few weeks and cannot decide which phone to get. I have tried out both phones a bit in stores but find that the droid is too touchy when it comes to both the actual and touch keyboard which I find irritating and the keys are too far apart for my small fingers. I still love the small keyboard on the palm because its the perfect size for me. I know that the battery on either phone is pretty bad but that doesn't really bother me. And both cameras are pretty good. My main concern are the applications. I don't want to pay for any, especially a monthly fee, and i can't seem to find much information on the applications besides the fact that the droid has more but the games on the palm are better. I would really appreciate any information/personal experience on these devices. Thanks in advance :)
