Motorola Droid Full Solution Updated

Have the droid all flashed to cricket. Only problem, I can only connect to the web via https, http results in 400 bad request page or doesnt connect at all.

I suspect this is a service issue on crickets side, problem is I haven't been lucky enough to reach the right person when calling support.

What phone should I tell them I have for a phone? I asked for an account reset and provision but not sure they are understanding me and I am having tough time understanding them.

$40 plan should do it for full html web right. I noticed here some said they added $15 HTML plan, whats that?

Sorry If this has been covered here, please point me in the right direction in forum if need be.

Any advice is appreciated, especially what to tell cricket support if this is a service issue.

ok sweetie. call cricket and tell them that you want to be transfered to tech support. tell them you where being transfered and got disconnected and want to be transfered again because the customer service rep is going to try to help you and hes not ganna do wat he says hes ganna do. talk to tech support. tell them that you where on the internet today and wentout the cricket coverage area. tell him your back now and nothings working. let him knw what u want or hes ganna eventually dig in your account n say.oh we dont gaurrantee flashed phones to work. so right off in the begining tell him you NeeD your web and mms to be provisioned. tell him and keep emphasising that youu need those features provisioned because they are not showing up on the cricket system that you have those features. i need my features provisioned web and mms i had it working already today. and after that i need my whole account refreshed. if he asks wat kind of phone u have steer away frm talking about that. keep telling him look i knw whats wrong with ma account... so provision each of my features..dont only refresh ma accont bt provision the feaures each manually frm your system. try calling a couple times back to back...let me knw how it goes.my cuzen works for cricket and says thats been a big issue.

HELLO FELLAS. How are you all. Hope all is good. Hey remember when i posted a posting saying that i could not watch youtube videos or anyother videos on my flashed motorola droid. Well one of you guys told me "While installing the smoked glass rom, there was an option for playing HD videos by default which I simply unchecked". and i did, but the problem is that i still can't watch videos. I've been searching everywhere to see if i can figure this problem out on my self, but i cant. I need help guys. Could anyone please assit me. Please. While installing the rom smoked glass I did all the options and at the end, theirs a check list, and i unchecked the playing HD video button. And its still not working. Any suggestions

K everyone, I have an mms issue. Many thanks to Jammis, he reset the handsets on my account for me, and refreshed for me, but unfortunately that wasn't the issue. It appears that the phone doesn't even attempt to send mms. I've officially quadruple checked my apns, totally deleting and redoing them twice.. Still no luck. Receive is the same thing, I just get the standard message that I have a new multimedia message and to go to the website to view. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I had a problem playing youtube videos with smoked glass. In fact I got an error on every flash anything, when I clicked it it took me to adobe.com and that said to upgrade to android 2.2 to install flash 10.1. After a few days trying other stuff I went with "Bugless Beast V0.4 Android 2.2 FRF84B (Fully Deodexed)" ROM.

Download it off the forum in the zip file rename to update.zip put it in the root of your SD card and power + X ... select the option to install update.zip (give it permission or it will fail) and after I was all back up youtube worked perfectly along with most other flash stuff. (I had to wipe data and apps to install BB 0.4) Don't forget to reapply the autostart stuff to get your web working again via cricket.

Hope that helps.
