First step is to make sure you have the drivers installed on your computer, and you also need to have Android SDK installed on your computer.

You will need to root the phone, key here is to make sure the kernel you load supports iptables.

Open RSD Lite 4.6, Power on phone holding down the up arrow and pressing power, this will put you into bootloader mode.
Open RSD Lite 4.6
Flash the SPRecovery_ESE81.sbf file with RSD Lite.

After the phone reboots, mount the sdcard and place the Smoked Glass rom in the root of the sdcard.
Turn the phone off.
Boot into recovery by holding down "X" and pressing power.

Once in recovery, choose install, install from sdcard, install smoked glass. When you are prompted with all the options, you can choose any you like with the exception of a few listed here. Make sure you choose the stock shell, you wipe all data and apps, you wipe the cache, and you install WI-FI tethering. All the other options is up to you but those 4 have to be chosen or you will have problems later on.

Now, once install is finished, hit power to exit back to recovery main menu then select reboot.

Once the phone is completely rebooted, power it off.

Hold down

I thought there were 12 NV items.

It was confirmed that WS 2.7 worked in the previous thread. The NV items for 2.7 that white rabbit generates were first confirmed to work by me. You can also use QPST to confirm that the NV items stuck and write a PRL. That is all that needs to be done with QPST. For those that think they need to add a password in the QPST MIP & PPP tabs you don't. It's not needed. Also I noticed that you didn't link to the whiterabbit site, why? I know there must be a reason...

Also, you gotta let people know that with Cyanogen, you can't use P3Droid's kernels. It won't work. Guessing he doesn't have iptables.

Edit:
Used CDMA 2.7 and QPST

it says

My Phone Number: 202 - 705 - ****
MIN: 202 - 727 - ****

PRL version: 38515
MEID: A0000015D2E3B2

Network: Unknown
Signal strength: -65 dBm 0asu

Mobile network type: CDMA - 1xRTT
Service State: In service
Roaming: Roaming
Mobile network state: Disconnected
WiFi Mac network state: Unavailable

Do the MIN and Phone number have to be the same?? And CDMA Sys ID (SID) for my is 2004? I think I edited and put this random number?
