Apparently. I take a pic, download a pic or a pic is sent to me. Same for videos. Some will work & yet the others are showing as a damaged file. They won't open. I tried moving them to my computer & it won't let me. I took some nice pictures & video & would love to save them. If I can't save those files how do I fix this issue so I won't have to deal with it in the future?
