Motorola Cliq got a little wet. Can it be restored?

My Cliq fell and battery cover opened. It landed in a small puddle. It was still working after. But now it doesnt want to turn on. Can it be fixed? Or do I have to take it to TMobile?

I just got TMobile service a month ago.
