motorola cliq contact ringtone wont work?

ok so i select ringtones for certain people i know how to do all that. the individual ringtones used to ring for the people who called but now all the sudden it wont work ..the ringtone that will play for the people is the main ringtone that plays for people who dont have an individual ring ...so can sum one please help
