I have a basic plan with t-mobile...something like 400 mins and unlit text for like 40 bucks. Well i bought this Android Cliq from craigslist for like 130 bucks, the owner said it was rooted (wtf does that mean) because it has wifi tethering (wtf is wifi tethering), well i was playing with the phone and opened the browser and wallaaaaa theres internet?!?!?! i know my phone plan with tmobile doesnt allow me to have access to internet because i have a basic plan. Is this normal? and by being on the internet or having this wifi tethering thing enabled charging me by the minute?
