Motorola A1200 x Sony E. W810i, or even another one?

Hi guys

Until yesteday i was determined to buy sony ericson w810i, but i just saw motorola A1200, which have a much bigger screen, a good processor (probably better then w810's)

by comparing both of the phones, sony ericson is newer, and have edge technology, but motorola seems more beautiful, runs LINUX and has a bigger screen...

But i was wondering if motorola would have good functions to run Movies and MP3, which is the main reason i'm getting a new phone...

Linux OS means i can install any linux app?

I was reading in a review of motorola a1200, it have real player installed, well, doesn't real player runs videos like mpg, divx, xvid, etc?

so, i ask you guys, which cell phone should i get? Motorola is just a little more expensive, but that's not the point...

or even another phone model, i'm open for discussions...

Linux doesn't mean you can install any Linux app. It's hardware dependant as well.
A1200 has a number of compatibility problems with Rogers, and I would imagine some other networks as well. As much as I like the look of the Ming, I'd chose the W810i over it.

I'm Brazilian, there is no Rogers over here, i use Claro, and they have official support for that phone... so i guess this is not going to be a problem: )
