Motorcycle/sports bike help! 10 pts for best answer!?

I am 15 and I need to start saving up now. I prefer sports bikes more so than motorcycles. Since I am a girl I would love for the colors to be more on the girlish side. This will be my first bike, so I would rather splurge on this bike then have a cheap one and buy a new one in a few years.
I am 5'9 and like 140pds.
 
my honest opinion is that you should get a new or used Honda 125r sports bike. check it out its great for beginners as its not too big and i think they look awsome. great on gas and Honda's last for a long time. the only downfall is that it does not have alot of power which makes it no good for highways but besides that its awsome
 
If i was you i would get a yamaha R6 or suzuki GSX-R 600 or Honda CBR 600 i wouldnt get a bike bigger than a 600 for a first time rider but 600 are still fast as hell and you need to be very careful and depending on how tall you are you might have to have it lowered a bit. Also if the title is going to be in your name expect the insurance to be really high so i would see if your parent will let u put it in their name.
 
5'9 at 15, you're pretty tall, a 250 would be best to start on, but finding one that fits you comfortably might be a problem. Most of the bikes that would suit you are too powerful for a learner. Maybe think about a 600-900 cruiser to learn on and then buy your crotch rocket once you have a few years experience. Just a suggestion. Good luck
 
i love bikes..also umm a good bike would be a yamaha r6 in red or silver....some of the suzuki are good also...but i think if is gonna be ur first bike get a ninja bike those are cute...good luck
