Motorcycle radiator on suzuki marauder 1997 vz800 runs hot.?

my radiator runs hot, and did not see the fan come on my bike mind you I've rejetted my bike and runs fine now after a lot of changes. Also installed direct air filters took of the old ones. Any suggestions?
