Motorcycle license question help please...?

So I live in NYC and want to get my class M motorcycle license. I currently only have a learners permit for a car and i have a MJ motorcycle license I took the written test. I'm 17 years old and I'd like to now is there any way I could get my class M license before I turn 18 cause I really don't wanna wait till 18 cause I want to ride this summer and fall. I now with my MJ license I could ride with someone that has a class M license but I don't now anyone who does unless I pay someone to ride with me like lessons. Please help thank you.
 
I don't live in New York, but I'm gonna guess it'll be close to the same. I got my license before I was eighteen by taking an MSF course. Heres the website for finding a course: http://www.msf-usa.org/ The course costs around 120 for anyone under 21 and is usually a three day class. After that, if you pass, you should be able to go into the DMV and get the license since you already have the permit. Unfortunately, you do live in a different state, so hopefully it works the same
 
i live in ct but im sure its the same we have a bunch of different places you can take a course and have your license in one weekend try calling a couple of motorcycle dealerships there are a few around here that do it
