motor cycle accident?

im making a left and lady is making a right...into two lane road....i turn into the lane. i see a lady making a right. Without stopping or yielding she makes a wide right turn and comes into my lane forcing me to lay down my bike. She did not hit me but she stopped and admitted she did not see me.
i was already in my lane. I made my turn safely. My bike has some cracked plastics and few broken pieces. I recieved road rash on my leg. Im still waiting for the police report..
 
A person making a left turn is supposed to yield the right-of-way to all other traffic.
When riding a motorcycle you *are* invisible, as you have discovered.
I hope you apologized to her for making her stop to see if you were OK.
 
Is there any damage to your bike? If not dont worry about it, shrug it off and have a cold beer. If so, then a report needs to be filled with the police
