(Apologies, I should have posted this here first. It's also in the Hyper forum)

I'm the tech for Ducati of Little Rock. (yes, there's a Ducati dealer in Arkansas, we're not all backwoods hillbillies!)
Anyhow, my employer wanted me to revive a Hypermotard with a wrecked front end. I had already had tons of ideas on what could be done with the bike. I approached him with my ideas and he let me run wild.

I wanted to turn it into a bare-bones scrambler/street tracker inspired beast. At the same time I wanted it to be a realistic, usable bike that could almost pass for a production model if one didn't know better.

I combined elements of the Monster and Multistrada, a lot of hand fabricated pieces, and modified stock parts. I originally wanted to do everything in a black and gold '80s Darmah theme. My boss convinced me it needed to be brighter, and I'm glad he did. The personality of the bike required something more obnoxious! (Please keep the Harley and KTM jokes to a minimum!!)

Any feedback/criticism is appreciated. I already took it to one bike show, but most people didn't know what the hell it was.

This bike is also for sale if anyone's interested...

Well done !

The Darmah scheme would have been nice and nostalgic too.

May I suggest fenders front and back to give it a more finished look.
You would not be able to register it here without a front fender.

Thanks guys!

I tried a lot of fenders, but didn't like the looks at the time. maybe I'll try again. A carbon fender w/ the vent mesh cut-outs might look cool.

There is a fender on the rear, a short monster rear fender. I wanted the rear to be as short and uncluttered as possible, so I didn't add a hugger.

Awesome bike! I love the paint scheme even though it does have a KTM feel. Just out of curiosity how much are you trying to get for it?
