I have a Moto Q that i flashed over to the Moto Q OEM Monster Pack thing, anyhow ive been trying to get the WAP and MMS to work and so far i have had no luck, im wondering if anyone has put the OEM on there Q and gotten the WAP and MMS to work, i have done what the How To said for the VZW one however it seems not to be working. Some help Please?

There is no built in MMS composer in any of the Moto Q ROMS Except the Verizon one. So you can't get mms working on the generic one.

have you tried to use qpst via hw-virtual serial port?...it lets you do everything in the wonderful wonderful qpst...gotta love it...
