Motivation, Advice, Positive criticism, Guidance on losing 15 lbs help?

I'm 4ft 10inches and 120 lbs currently.
wanting to be 105 or at least be 110 lbs again.
i feel sluggish sloppy and not so attractive in the mirror.
Like about 3 months ago i was 135 lbs so i lost 15 lbs in which
i don't know how i did it but it happened. I got a little confident.
I eat 3 to 4 times a day not that big of portions.
I have that problem of eating right before i go to bed, it seems difficult sleeping on a empty stomach.

My trouble spots is;
muffin top, belly, hips, butt, inner thighs.
I wish my boobs were smaller too haha.
And the little flab on my arms.

Usually when i have time I do..
3 sets of 25 crunches [if im really motivated I'll do 3 times that amount mixed other things]
50 to 60 jumping jacks, jog in place for 2 to 3 mins, 100 'boxing' with 3lbs dumbbells, lifting 15lbs weights 12 times, chill out walking...then repeat all that ^ Then for my lower body i do this later on in the day..leg lifts,butt lifts [whatever its called], plies, squats, and dance like a crazie lady. and clean the house make sure everything's organized. i do this like 2 to 3 times a week sometimes 4.

In honesty i don't eat the right foods.
In my house my dads the 'chief' and experiments with all that he buys..
sometimes he doesn't even read the directions which is [most of the time]
and things get over seasoned and become unappetizing so i dont favor his cooking.
But when i do shop with him he 'allows' me to get the right food for 'me'.
So usually its separated cause he doesn't like my 'type' of food and prefers greasiness.

I see it as your body's your temple and I'm trying to make a lifestyle change and not crupt my body..like they say you are what you eat bla blaa.

Anyone got advice or tips to help me along the way?
