Speed is a part of technicality, though it's far from being very important.

Saying they are not technical at all is a bit much, you don't always have to play very complex chorRAB/scales to be technical, as precision is just as important.
 
Why? Because he was the first to do it? I'd say he was one of the most talented musicians of all time, but not the most technical.

i hate to sound like a broken record, but ED ****ING GEIN! crazy tech metal. listen to "killing a co-worker", "bastard", or "nice shoes... wanna ****". all awesome songs.
 
I don't think it's possible for someone to say that and be serious since it's already well known that The Ramones are possibly the least technical band in existence.

And overall it's impossible for MJ to be serious. :laughing:
