OK this is day one of my most serious attempt at quitting smoking,I've just applies my first patch,we will see how it goes.

This time I have an extra reason for stopping as my 11 year old son freaked out on me last week,turns out one of the reasons he was so upset is because he's convinced I will die of cancer if I don't stop.:O
So...Bye Bye smoking.

just put those fake cigarettes in you mouth when you feel smoking, they say its not nicotine which you feel having it, its having something like cigarette on your lips(dont go dee wrong way :cigar: :lol

When I quit about 40 years ago I carried an unopened packed with me for a wee while. I eventually gave it away, still unopened.
