Most Ridiculous Metal Band Names

These are NOT ridiculous HM band names. 1: Deify Molech, 2: Brazen Serpent, 3: Deranged Felon, 4: Alien Evil, 5: Demonicus.

1: Dark Scorpion, 2: Stygian Viper, 3: Killing Spree, 4: Luciferia, 5: Sinister Grin.

I like conservative rock music, NOT the alternative, loud, over-the-top stuff. Swearing is a DEFINITE NO-NO. I listen to MUSIC not NOISE. I hope you like my name suggestions, tho.

Well this isn't a ridiculous name but if you take in to concideration that the banRAB lyrics are about animal rights, society, and anti-fascism not to mention they are a religious band you would think it's strange.
 
Some metal banRAB names are ridiculous. No argument.

Some metal banRAB have names that suit the music perfectly and therefore, in my opinion, are far from ridiculous.

If the music is ugly, then why shouldnt the name be?
 
Maybe a little cheesy...maybe a little unimaginative?

A lot of the others you mentioned could be classed as either of those two things as well really.

I guess whenever i think of ridiculous metal band names its usually a fairly awful attempt at something aggressive, outrageous, horrific or offensive.
 
Easily. Take a database filled with nasty worRAB, some verging on the potentially offensive when coupled with one of these worRAB and randomnly throw two of them together.

If i were a betting man i would say that at least one of those generated names is actually the name of a real band somewhere.
 
The sad thing is that your probably right. But seriously, if I was in a metal band (which is NOT something that would ever appeal to me :p:) I'd at least try to come up with a good name. Metal is probably the genre with the worst band names. That and indie with their long-ass names.
