Most output power

I am new to forums. Live in the southeast only about two miles from tower, but my coverage is non-existant to marginal. Verizon has confirmed I am in an area of poor reception/transmission. Have tried phones from other providers and have the same problem. Am looking for suggestions for the phone with the best power output (reception seems to be better than transmission.) Thanks
 
I too live in the southeastern US with poor reception. I recently got a Samsung a930 (Verizon). I havent dropped a call since connecting that phone. I used to drop tons , especially if it was windy or raining. Ive been using it almost a month and am still getting used to being able to make /recieve a call in my house.
