Most memorable guest appearance

What makes a good memorable guest appearance? Do you remeraber them because of their celeb status? Or how about their given plotline? Or a memorable scene or quote?

I'm going to say Michael Jackson/the guy who did his character's speaking voice because I associate it with one of my favorite Bart/Lisa moments. And I'm all about Bart/Lisa moments when it comes to this show. They make me cry without fail.

Happens to the best of us. Just thought I'd point that out ;)

Hmmm...is it just me or that most guest star appearances in recent season play themselves.

Cyn, that would be really cool. Or if there was some joke about who would have the better movie. Or which movie made more money. The Simpson's or the X-Files.

I enjoyed Lisa Kudrow and Bob Newhart's performances again. And I loved "Luda-crest".

I always enjoy George Takei. He always plays the Japanese characters. He had a part in the blowfish episode. And he played the game show host when the Simpsons went to Japan.

It was the episode where Bart joined the service, but Homer took his place. Keifer played the Drill Sergeant who kept assigning guys to front line infantry.
