Most Happy, Most Wonderful Moment in Animation.

The final scene of Mimi wo Sumaseba (Whispers of the Heart) where Shizuku essentially says "I'll marry you" to Seiji. Between the relationship between the characters and the dawn appearing over Tokyo its a great moment.

On that note, Juu, here's my list, with many moments from Pixar (unfortunately, I still haven't seen Ratatouille:():
-Finding Nemo: Dory and Nemo meet, which causes Dory's memories to come flooding back as she gleefully embraces the little fish. Another great moment from that film is when Nigel tells Nemo about Marlin's adventures; we only see Nemo's face, but it lights up in joy and astonishment as he learns what his dad has gone through to get there.
-The Incredibles: The ending as the Incredibles step up to face off against their newest enemy. Just completely awesome.
-Toy Story: Woody realizes that Sid's "mutant" toys are not the monsters he imagined them to be. The best "happy" moment has to be when Buzz frees Woody and himself from the rocket and the subsequent exchange: "Buzz! You're flying!" "This isn't flying, this is falling with style!" Also in 2 when Rex finally defeats Zurg (Buzz #2's reaction is just so funny: "Father...") and when Woody immediately defends Buzz from the Prospector's insult: "His name is Buzz Lightyear!"
-Monsters, Inc.: I'm not a terribly huge fan of this one, but "Boo?" "Kitty!" at the very end always gets me.
-The Iron Giant: The Giant's memorial at the end of the film.

Toy Story - Sarah McLaughlin's rendition of 'When She Loved Me', Sarah voice gets me anyway but it really adds a human element to the toys with the emotions, makes me think about my childhood and what I've left behind, even what I didn't want to, like innocence.

Just having recently seen it (I'll put it in spoilers):

Wall-E:
when Wall-E remembers EVE after she "kisses" him and holds his hand. Definitely that.
...

The scene in Milennium Actress where the main character rides her bicycle through the cherry-lined streets; to me, it's one of the most memorable moments in all of anime. The scene in Uproar In Heaven where the horses bathe in the clouds also comes to mind, as well as the very end of The Lion King, when we see the Pridelands transform back to the way they were. Speaking of changing back, the scene near the end of Pom Poko where the tanuki re-create the image of the countryside was incredibly sad and happy at the same time. The one that beats them all, though, is the last few seconds of My Neighbor Totoro; the very last scenes, after the ending song has started but before the credits start rolling. It's just so heart-expandingly happy, with the brilliant emotion of the animation and the song. . . Yeah. :)
