Most emotional ending to a film you've seen?

forrest gump i cry alot during the whole film

the green mile

beaches-just before the end

i seem to cry alot these days even when it not that sad

The first time I saw the movie Hope Floats it had me almost hysterical.
I saw it on a flight from Australia to the UK and bare in mind my mother had died only a few months earlier - the scene where her mother died had me in pieces I had to lock myself in the toilet to try and calm down :o It still gets me everytime I watch it I guess because I associate it with that.

Me too. Lots of other bits in that film make me cry too... like when she comes home and finRAB all the huge photos of the kiRAB in her bedroom. And when the two women are talking in the restaurant about the kiRAB

Most of the films mentioned, especially Schindler's List and the Green Mile.
Plus
Casablanca
The Railway Children
West Side Story
The Sixth Sense - the bit when the wedding ring falls to the floor.
A Christmas Carol - Tiny Tim

Don't know if it's already been suggested but Cool Runnings is really powerful stuff the way the bobsleigh team fall out there sleigh but pick it up and carry it over the finish line....

Pan's Labyrinth - i literally filled up, but because i am a man and in public at a norwich cinema, i darent!

also Alien 3. i cried. not because it was crap, but because the events of the ending

All have been given honourable mentions.
