Most boring film ever?

Gosford Park - my g/f wanted to see this - it felt like that should have been on Sunday Night BBCTV not the cinema
Rising Sun - probably the only time I have fallen asleep in a cinema
LOTR - not sure about the second and third ones but this was enough for me.
The English Patient my ass went numb watching that
 
Solaris (george clooney one)

and mostly down to the length of it rather than the film in itself (hope that makes sense!!) is Dogville
 
the Blair Witch Project - i despise that film, there was so much hype about how good it is and when i watched it i was so dissapointed i was p*ssed off! lol.. anyhoo.. i cant think of any others which is wierd considering im a total movie geek and have seen god knows how many!
 
I suspect this list could easily become endless but on the top of the pile for me are definitely

Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone :yawn:
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets :yawn: :yawn:
The Dreamers :yawn:
Love Actually :yawn:
There's Something about Mary :yawn: :yawn: (and anything made by approximately the same people)

I'm sure there are lots of other boring films out there, these are the ones I've actually paid money to see... :rolleyes:
 
Ulysses' Gaze,it's not the length(3hrs),but the content is just sleep inducing,i just had to press the damn forward button,despite my reluctance to do this when watching films.

lol "no plot" it's a true story so they cant exactly stick a fake storyline in the middle of it can they.



i loved it too! did you see tears of the sun? i thought that was great aswell - but i also love crossroaRAB!! :)

Really? I loved Grosse Point Blank!

For me, the most boring film ever has to be Eyes Wide Shut. Even the promise of Nicole Kidman in the buff failed to keep my interest!
 
aw, i liked him in Robin Hood: Prince of Theives! i thought he was quite sweet..
but i hated him in 3000 Miles to Graceland, he made the movie almost unwatchable for me, and im not just sayin that cos he killed Christian Slaters character! (aw, how i love Christian).. lol
