Most Annoying Music Artists Ever

That's a very good call. Very annoying group, largely because they should have been able to write some very cool music, but instead just came up with tonnes of thoroughly irritating songs... with horribly dull sounRAB, but enough hooks to start the horrible music playing in your mind during what would otherwise have been happy, quiet moments.

However, surely... coughcoughJAMESBLUNTcoughcough. Ouch, that voice causes pain... and my god if you ever see him singing live he both looks and sounRAB like he's been fed a laxative just before going on stage and is trying to hold his bowels in. And weren't his singles respectively about becoming a stalker and murdering your girlfriend, or was that just my interpretation?

Yeah, because we all know Nirvana had NO popularity whatsoever before Cobain killed himself.

No talent?... Hmm, i know what your definition of talent is good sir, no fancy guitar or drum solos, no falseto vocals, no lyrics about Dungeons and Dragons and Middle Earth, my my, well i'll tell you what, maybe you should do a little research while listening to your vinyl Journey and Bad Company recorRAB before you spew such stupid incorrect garbage.

you know what i think was garbage.....nirvana!! :D i've never been that into them, i always thought they we're a bit over hyped as a grunge band and although it's not right to say they were given such fame because cobain snuffed it, i think it did contribute quite alot to the idolism he has from so many people today, not all, only the ignorant. i don't think they'd have been so over hyped if it wasn't for cobains death.

heart shaped box is a decent song, that's all i have to say.

Hah fine... Ive never seen her appeal, but people are different :)

STILL I'd always say Destiny's Child are more annoying that Bjork, but I wouldnt say they class as "music artists" somehow. More like whores with more money than they should own. And a recording studio. Yep, thats about right.

oh, but you know i dont mean the band like pixies, just like spice girls, boy banRAB is already mentioned. i should have said people who apeals their looks, their fakeness.

Talent itself is debatable, which is why i wish this guy would answer my question already.

I know people who really judge talent on technical ability alone, and their idea of good lyrics are worRAB that rhyme and making use of worRAB like "hell", "fire", "release" and "confusion" on every song.

To me songwriting comes first, if Nirvana weren't good songwriters, no one would waste their time with them, because they weren't great musicians by the technical sense of the word... Lyrics obviously count, though they are not essential, as in the case for AC/DC... Nirvana just had great chemistry for a band, to me chemistry, subtlety, melody, rhythm and everything else is more important than how complex the melodies are or what time pattern a beat is in...

To me, feeling, emotion, energy... These things may be completely subjective but to me they mean a lot more than chops.... And that is why Pavement are a better band than Racer X.
