Mosh Pit Questions Laws involved?

If someone killed someone in a mosh pit would they be held responsible for it I mean just like you having a harder punch than you thought or kneeing him on the chin and accidentally snapping his neck (I have never been in a concert or a mosh pit im just wondering in case i ever go in one) but I understand how if there head is gushing out blood and your stomping on there head would still be illegal im wondering about the first one about having a harder punch.

It would be one hell of a difficult thing to prove that you intended to kill someone in a mosh pit, especially if everyone was participating of their own free will.


Honestly - mosh pits today are fucking pathetic so I doubt this would every concern anyone.
