Mornings before breakfast how to improve speed (sprints)!?

Hey guys i run 4times a week in the morning before breakfast (have a small whey protein shake before thou) i do around 2-6miles for stamina etc. But i want to start working on becoming quicker aka improve speed and much quicker sprints. What exercises should i do ? How much should i do?
i do weightlifting aswell.. im going for sprinters body .. and really wana work on it so all help is appreciated. !
